It provides personalized insights and strategic growth paths tailored to your Influence DNA.

AI is integrated into every aspect of the learning experience – from The Influence DNA Profiler™ assessment to real-time feedback capsules and strategic growth insights. You’ll also learn to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Otter.ai for advanced communication and influence mastery.

You don’t have to be. This program is designed to help you discover your unique communication style and leverage it strategically. The U.L.T.I.M.A.T.E. Communication System™ provides step-by-step guidance, hands-on exercises, and personalized growth paths for every communication style.

The program is designed to be completed in 3 months or 6 months depending on your agreement timeline for coaching. You take the assessment, go through the debrief, engage in a coaching agreement to implement every tool you practice. There is a 14-day sprint to go through whether when you join coaching or on your own. After the coaching period, you will continue to practice what you have learned in the program. From the workbook given during the coaching agreement, each module is self-paced, supervised through coaching, and you can expect to spend about 2-3 hours per week on lessons, exercises, and practices. 

No prior experience is needed. The program starts with foundational skills and gradually builds to advanced strategic influence techniques. AI tools are introduced step by step, and you’ll receive personalized guidance based on your Influence DNA profile.
